Combined (Fixed) AC Metal-clad Switchgear XGT1(XGN59)-40.5

  XGN1(XGN59)-40.5 Combined Fixed AC   Metal-clad Switchgear is an indoor switchgear with 40.5kV rated voltage and three-phase AC 50 HZ for power transmission and distribution and it has the function of controlling, protecting and inspecting the circuit. Also it can be used in places for frequent operations and its busbar is sing busbar system.

      a. Novel structure, small size:
       The main switch and disconnector of the products are carefully designed,the integral layout is smart, novel and compact. The circuit breaker uses integration ZN12 vacuum circuit breaker. The up disconnector are mounted at 45 incline angle and down disconnector is mounted upside down.
      b. It is easy and labor-saving to operate:
       This diconnector used in the product is a new type disconnector designed by ourselves. The activity contact is with duck mouth structure. Besides, the static contact is swinging multi-contacts type. The static contacts are featured by good contact, low wear, large size of heat emission, small operating torque. At the same time, the operating mechanism is fitted on the left side of the cubicle and the height above the ground is reasonable and it is convenient for the worker of normal height to operate.
      c. Interlock is simple but reliable:
       The disconnector fitted in the switchgear has a manual-drive mechanism, which are well satisfied with the "operation-interlock-self locking"requirement of disconnector and earthing switch fitted in the fixed switchgear. At the same time, it realized mandatory mechanical latching. Electricity display device can be mounted in the front of the switchgear. The electromagnetic lock can be mounted at the back of the switchgear and then it can lock the back door.
      d. Convenient maintenance:
       There are enough space for examining and repairing the interior elements.
