Drawable AC Metal-clad Switchgear KYN18A-12

 is designed according to IEC and GB 3906 standards. It is indoor metal-clad middle mounted switchgear. Its protection degree is IP4X. And it consists of circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, instrument room and small busbar room at the ceiling. The body is assembled by zinc steel plate coated with aluminum and high quality steel sheets bent by multifunctional numerical control equipment CNC, which make high accuracy of assembly and less amount of deformation. it is able to alternated by the same kind of truck absolutely. The earthing copper bar is connected with body. The section of copper bar is 300mm2 and it can withstand 4s short circuit current. The body can be connected with the earth. The switchgear is complied with "Five Protection" of National Electric Power Department.

Product feature :
      a. It has package structure and is assembled by nuts with rivet and bolts with high intensity. The enclosure is made of 2.5mm zinc steel sheets coated with aluminum by imported from Switzerland without surface treatment. The material of the door is high quality steel sheets by resin toner electrostatic spraying. It is featured by beautiful looking, resistance to impact surface, anti-corrosion, good antioxidation, high mechanical intensity and easy installation as well as easy maintenance.
      b. The steel sheets are bent by imported numerical equipments, which made the body is light than the same kind of equipment, and with good mechanical intensity, high accuracy, easy assembly as well as realizing the unify of the materials.
      c. It has middle mounted structure, which enlarge the cable space and makes the height of cable installation to 700mm as well as makes it possible for the switchgear to connect with multiple cables£¬6 single core cables at most.
      d. Unload the middle clapboard and load and unload clapboard of busbar room, which make such activity occur on the face of the switchgear very convenient, as the connection of main busbar, the installation and examine and repair of cable, earthing switch, lightning arrestor and current transformer etc.
      e. Each HV compartment is completely isolated. On each ceiling of them there is a compression release passage, which ensure that the internal arc fault doesn't influence the compartment nearby and the equipments and personnel are safe. All the HV/LV compartments are well sealed. The instrument room is fitted in automatic condensation controller. And the HV compartments are fitted in plate shape heating device to make the surface of the insulator dry inside the switchgear. And the body is fitted in light.
      f. The moving contact and static contact of circuit breaker room adopt bridge type multi-point connection type to ensure the safety of contact and large range of temperature rise as well as big creeping insulation piece and large-size cable room and busbar room space, all above make it possible for the switchgear to work on the bad condition.
      g. It can be operated while closing. The normal operation of the switchgear must be done under the condition of HV compartment door is closed in order to ensure the safety of the personnel, including opening/closing of circuit breaker, the trolley of circuit breaker is pulled to the working position and exits to testing/ isolating position and the opening/ closing of the earthing switch.
      h. Combined truck and insulating structure of body, it makes the interlock safe, reliable and flexible. The trolley has breaking position, testing position and working position inside the switchgear. Each position has orientation device to make sure the reliability of the interlock.
