The structure of microcomputer control board and photo-electricity sensor is designed. 2. It protects for overload input voltage, overload output IC card with code and data against false etc. 3. Voltage range in AC 154-287V is normal. 4. The data will preserved forever if power is interrupted. 5. The outline structure dimension and installation dimension and connection way is the same as ordinary meter.
